August 2009 Meals

Here's the menu for August. Meals will be ready for pick-up by August 21st. (If you are with JoAnne and Amy, the party will be held on Friday, August 21st at 7:00 pm at Amy Tisdale's house. Contact JoAnne or Amy for more information.)

July '09 Menu

Our July party will be held at 7:00 pm on July 17th. Below is the menu for this month.

Apple Chicken Breasts
Broiled Parmesan Tilapia
Chicken Parmesan
Chicken Tostadas (you will need to bring 3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken - or it's $5 for us to provide it)
Gingered Pepper Steak
Raspberry Glazed Pork Chops (boneless)
Salisbury Steak
Sweet Sugar Burgers
Swiss Chicken Casserole
Taco Soup

We need to know no later than July 7th if you will be attending (or plan on ordering the meals). Please let us know of any substitutions or special requests (i.e. servings of 2, meat provided for Chicken Tostadas, etc.) by this date as well. The cost for this month is $140 for the ten meals listed above.

Remember that we're always adding new people, so if you have a friend who would like to join us this month, simply let me know their name and give me their contact info.

Getting Started

We know that not all ladies are able (or have the desire) to prepare dinner every night. And, in fact, even as a stay-at-home mom, many nights I find myself trying to throw something together for dinner...only to find that I'm missing ingredients. So, often times my family ends up having the same ol' meals time and time again...mostly PB&J sandwiches or fish sticks! Blah! And not too healthy either.

The purpose of this group is to give you a time-saving (and cost-efficient) way to stock your freezer with delicious, yet easy-to-prepare, meals. All you have to do is pull out the bag(s), thaw, and cook. And there's no messy kitchen to clean afterwards!

Cooking directions are included, along with suggested side items. Some of our recipes are casserole-style, which are complete meals and need no additional sides. All of our meals are assembled while the meat is raw, so you get a "fresh" taste from each one. (None of that cooked-again taste you find with the meals in the freezer section at the grocery store!)

Please know that this group is not only for people who know us...we're always wanting to see new faces! If you have a group of ladies who would be interested in joining, please contact Dana. (There are great incentives for those who refer a group of friends!)
