November Meals

I don't know what happened, but obviously I spaced-out for October and the meal list never made it to the blog. But I'm ready this time...

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we've decided to make this month's menu relevant for Fall. (Hopefully the weather will do the same soon!) We need to know NO LATER than Friday, November 6th, at 5:00 pm if you will be ordering the November meals. There is NOT a party this month, but meals will be ready for pick up by Saturday, November 21st. If they are ready sooner than that, I will let you know! We will be providing the meat for all ten meals this month, so the cost will be $145. Below is the menu....

Basil-Balsamic Pork Chops
Beef Stroganoff
Cranberry Chicken
Fall Pork Roast
Herbed Chicken
Mini Meatloaves
Rainy Day Chicken and Rice
Roast Beef Au Jus (*)
Swiss Chicken Casserole
Two Bean Chili

I also need to know by the RSVP date if you'll need servings of 2 (add $10), any substitutions ($2 for any "extras" of items with a *), etc. If payment is not received by the 21st, there will be a $10 charge added to your fee. If you are unable to pick up your meals by the 21st, you can mail payment to me. Just let me know and I'll send you my address. Also, please let me know when you plan on picking up your meals...so I can make sure my freezer is cleaned out before I start buying for December. :)
