May 2010 Menu

Here's what we've come up with for May. I hope you are looking forward to it as much as I am. Again, I have included the cooking method next to each meal in hopes that this helps you pick your perfect menu. Enjoy!

Broiled Parmesan Tilapia - (an all-time favorite and most-requested) tilapia fillets with a creamy parmesan topping (oven)

Cajun Skillet Chops - boneless pork chops with a cajun-spiced crumb coating, cooked in a skillet of corn, tomatoes and onions (stove top)

Fiesta Chicken and Rice - a spanish-style casserole of chicken, rice and cheese (oven)

Mini Meatloaves - (another most-requested meal) meatloaf formed into mini-loaves, topped with a sweet ketchup sauce (oven)

Pecan Crusted Chicken Strips - pretty self-explanatory...chicken strips baked with a pecan crumb coating (oven)

***Samurai Steak - a marinated steak...it's delicious...don't know what else to say (grill)

Spicy Orange Pork - a pork tenderloin slow-cooked in a spicy orange sauce (crock pot)

Tequila Lime Chicken - chicken breasts cooked in a tequila lime sauce (grill or stove top)

Teriyaki Chicken - chicken breasts cooked in a homemade teriyaki sauce (oven)

Zesty Spaghetti Bolognese - meat spaghetti in a creamy red sauce (stove top)

The cost for this month is $145 and we will provide the meat for all ten meals. No prep work for you this go-round! As always, there are additional fees for special orders (servings of 2, extra orders of *** meals, etc.). RSVPs for May are NO LATER than 5:00 pm Friday, May 7th. The party will be held on Friday, May 21st at 7:00. Please let me know when you RSVP if you'll be attending the party or ordering only. Thanks!
