January Menu

OMG...I can't believe that 2010 is almost here! I've been looking forward to a new year (and hopefully a healthier one for my family and I) for quite some time. Can't wait to see what all is in store for me in '10. I know one thing for sure....it's time to start thinking about January meals. I guess that Amy and I have a New Year's Resolution of getting the menus out in a timelier manner. So here's the menu for January. As always, RSVPs are due by 5:00 the first Friday in the month (that would be January 1st this time). I'll also need to know any special needs at this time (i.e. servings of 2, allergies, etc.). We're not sure if there will be a party or not...that's still up in the air. If we have a party the cost will be $140 (and you provide your cooked meat)....if not, it's $145 and we'll provide the cooked meat for everyone. Okay, okay...here's what's cookin' this month......

Asian Baked Tenderloin
Baked Ravioli
Beef and Broccoli (*)
Cajun Chicken Breasts
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Creamy Italian Chicken
Italian Turkey Burgers
Margarita Chicken
Oven Roasted Steak (*)
Zesty Pork Chops

December Menu

The deadline is THIS FRIDAY by 5:00 pm (I know, I know...it's coming up quick!). With the Christmas holidays approaching fast, and busy schedules for everyone, there will NOT be a party again this month. (I really hope to resume the parties in January.) Please let me know when you RSVP if you have any special requests, food allergies, need servings of 2, etc. We will be providing the cooked meat again this month, so the cost will be $145 for all ten meals.
