Back by popular demand....this month's menu is filled with YOUR favorites, along with a few new ones to keep things interesting.
With the way that the days fall in April, the RSVP date is right around the corner. We need to know no later than next Friday, April 2nd, if you'll be ordering or attending. The party will be on Friday night, April 16th, at 7:00 pm. The cost this month is $140 (unless any of the "other" charges apply...servings of 2, ordering only, meat provided, etc.). Please let us know of any special orders when you RSVP. Remember, make your menu any way you'd like it....pick any combination of the meals for this month for a total of ten meals. Don't stock your freezer with food you won't eat!
Another thing...we have now included in parenthesis next to each meal how it is recommended to be cooked. I hope this might help as you create your menu.
Asian Baked Tenderloin: a pork tenderloin cooked in an Asian sesame-inspired marinade...one of our most-requested! (oven)
Bacon Wrapped Chicken: chicken breasts stuffed with a seasoned cream cheese mix and wrapped in bacon (oven)
Chile Lime Tilapia: tilapia fillets topped with a homemade chile-lime butter (oven)
Creamy Chicken & Biscuits: similar to the inside of a chicken pot pie, served over biscuits (stovetop) YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE 1 POUND OF COOKED, SHREDDED CHICKEN FOR THIS MEAL, ABOUT 2-3 LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS (OR ADD $5 TO YOUR TOTAL AND WE WILL PROVIDE IT FOR YOU)!
Layered Enchilada Bake: beef enchiladas layered and bake casserole-style (oven)
Peachy Chicken: chicken breasts in a semi-sweet peach sauce, served over rice (stovetop)
**Steak Dionne: steak cooked in a red wine and mushroom sauce (crock pot)
**Steak Salsa Verde: thinly sliced steak stir-fried in a salsa verde sauce (stovetop)
Sweet Cider Chops: honey cider glazed pork chops...not your average pork chops! (oven)
Sweet Sugar Burgers: a hearty hamburger patty that has a hint of sweetness, served on toasted buns (grill or stovetop)
(As always, any additional orders of meals marked with ** will be $2 each.)

March Menu
We have the menu set for March! We WILL be having a party this month. It will be held at Dana's house on Friday, March 19th at 7:00 pm. RSVPs are due NO LATER than Friday, March 5th at 5:00 pm. (Remember, RSVPs are always due the first Friday of the month, and the parties are held on the third Friday of the month!) The cost for this month is $140. This price includes ten meals that serve four (or more) adults. That comes out to $14 per meal. I don't know of ANYWHERE you can feed 4 adults for that price! (Additional costs are listed below.) You will need to provide cooked meat for one of the meals this month (Classic Lasagna). If you would like us to provide the meat for you, please let us know and add $5 to your total. When you RSVP, please let us know of any "special requests" you may have (any substitutions, food allergies, servings of two, etc.). We also need to know if you'll be attending the party, or just ordering the meals. Okay, now for the good stuff...the menu.
Berry Roasted Chicken - a whole chicken roasted in a mixed-berry marinade
Cheesy Crock Chicken - a cheesy version of chicken spaghetti
Chicken Supreme - lightly floured chicken breasts cooked in a lemon-butter sauce
Classic Lasagna (requires 1 pound of browned ground beef) - pretty self-explanatory
Honey Lime Tilapia - fillets of tilapia in a honey-lime sauce
Molasses Grilled Tenderloin - a grilled pork tenderloin with a molasses-caramalized outside (this one could feed an army)
Pepper Jelly Pork Chops - these are sweet, with just a little kick
Roast Beef Au Jus (*) - au jus sandwiches cooked "crock-style"
Sloppy Joes - if you like our Mini Meatloaves, you'll love this..."Manwich" has nothing on us!
Sweet Asian Chicken - chicken breasts cooked in an Asian-style sauce
Each person's menu includes one order of any meals marked with (*). Additional orders of these meals will be an additional $2 each.
If you are unable (or unwilling...hee hee, you don't know what you're missing) to attend the party, you can order the meals for an additional $10. (They will all be prepared for you, all you have to do is pick them up!)
All of our meals are made to serve 4 adults (although some serve significantly more than that). If you would like to order your meals in servings of 2, just add $10 to your total. (You pick your ten meals and you'll get 2 orders of each. This works well if you have a small family, or a friend that you'd like to split the meals with. Then each of you can have smaller servings of the entire menu!)
If you would like to order more than the ten meals included in the price, each additional meal is $12.
Parties are planned based on the number of RSVPs given. If you are, for any reason, unable to attend the party (after RSVPing that you WILL be there), there will be a fee of $25.
All meals need to be paid for by the date of the party. If you will not be attending, and cannot pick up the weekend of the party, please mail your payment to me (Dana Nordlander, 18019 Willow Cliff Lane, Cypress TX 77433). Any meals not paid for by this date will have a late fee of $10 added to the total. (I am unable to pay off my credit card by the due date if payment is not received in a timely manner...and incur finance charges.)
Once the RSVP deadline passes, you are responsible for payment of your meals because we begin shopping as soon as RSVPs are due! If something comes up and you are unable to purchase your meals (for any reason), we will do our best to sell your meals to individuals. You will be responsible for payment for any meals we are unable to sell!
Thanks...and we look forward to cooking with you this month!!!

November Meals
I don't know what happened, but obviously I spaced-out for October and the meal list never made it to the blog. But I'm ready this time...
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we've decided to make this month's menu relevant for Fall. (Hopefully the weather will do the same soon!) We need to know NO LATER than Friday, November 6th, at 5:00 pm if you will be ordering the November meals. There is NOT a party this month, but meals will be ready for pick up by Saturday, November 21st. If they are ready sooner than that, I will let you know! We will be providing the meat for all ten meals this month, so the cost will be $145. Below is the menu....
Basil-Balsamic Pork Chops
Beef Stroganoff
Cranberry Chicken
Fall Pork Roast
Herbed Chicken
Mini Meatloaves
Rainy Day Chicken and Rice
Roast Beef Au Jus (*)
Swiss Chicken Casserole
Two Bean Chili
I also need to know by the RSVP date if you'll need servings of 2 (add $10), any substitutions ($2 for any "extras" of items with a *), etc. If payment is not received by the 21st, there will be a $10 charge added to your fee. If you are unable to pick up your meals by the 21st, you can mail payment to me. Just let me know and I'll send you my address. Also, please let me know when you plan on picking up your meals...so I can make sure my freezer is cleaned out before I start buying for December. :)
Thanks and I hope you have a fantastic week! I look forward to making your busy holiday season a little less stressful!

September Meals
This month will be done the same as last month. My sister and I will prepare all of the meals for you...at no additional cost. You will get all ten meals made and ready for pick up (or delivery) for $140. The only "extra" costs would be as follows: servings of 2 ($10) and any additional meals you'd like ($12 each). All meals will be ready by Friday, September 18th (at the latest). As your meals are ready, I will contact you so we can set up a time for you to pick them up from my house, or for me to deliver them to you. The menu for this month is below.
Asian Grilled Pork Tenderloin - a grilled pork tenderloin that's marinated in a sweet Asian sauce
Blackberry Balsamic Chicken - baked chicken basted with a blackberry/balsamic vinegar sauce
Broiled Parmesan Tilapia (it's back!) - broiled tilapia topped with a super-yummy parmesan spread
Chicken Potato Casserole - a hearty casserole of chicken and shredded potatoes
Honey Couscous Chicken - baked sweet chicken breasts served over a veggie-filled honey couscous
Layered Enchilada Bake - exactly what the name says...a layered beef enchilada casserole
* Polynesian Steak - grilled flank steak in a Polynesian sauce
Sweet and Spicy Chicken - don't let the name fool you, it's not too spicy for kiddos
Sweet Sugar Burgers (back by popular demand) - not your typical hamburger...a hint of sweetness for a different take on burgers
Zesty Spaghetti Bolognese - homemade spaghetti in a creamy red sauce
I need to know NO LATER than Thursday, September 10th if you plan on ordering. Remember, there is no party and no additional fees for having the meals prepared for you. Also, make substitutions so that your menu is exactly what you want. It doesn't make sense to fill your freezer with meals your family won't eat. For example, if you don't eat beef, then create a menu from the ten meals above that doesn't include any of the beef meals. If you choose to substitute any of your meals for extras of the one marked with a * there will be a $2 charge. Each person is allowed one * meal each month, included in the $140. (I hope that makes sense.)
One more thing to remember...anyone can be included in this at any time. It is not exclusive to those who receive this email from me. If you have a coworker, friend or relative who is interested, please forward this web address to them. Give them my contact information and have them respond if they're interested.
