March Menu

It's time for March's menu. March, really??? Where has the time gone???

Here is the menu and the rest of the information follows. All meals have a description, cooking method, and approximate cooking time. (Little to NO prep is involved!)

Baked Chicken Strips – tender chicken strips lightly seasoned and breaded, baked in the oven…your kids are sure to love them! (Oven, 30 minutes)
Borracho Chicken – chicken slow-cooked along with borracho-style beans (Slow Cooker, 4-6 hours)
Fried Pork Chops –
boneless pork chops with a seasoned crumb-coating pan fried (Stovetop, 15-20 minutes)
Mini Meatloaves – one of our most-requested meals…an original recipe for meatloaf formed into “mini” loaves, topped with a sweet ketchup mixture (Oven, 30-45 minutes)
Mustard Glazed Ham – a ham steak baked in a tangy mustard sauce (Oven, 15-20 minutes)
*Orange Glazed Salmon – salmon fillets topped with a semi-sweet citrus glaze (Broil, 20 minutes)
Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken – marinated chicken breasts grilled with pineapple slices (Grill, 15-20 minutes)
*Polynesian Steak – a tender flank steak marinated in a homemade Polynesian sauce (Grill, 15-20 minutes)
Savory Baked Chicken – chicken breasts baked in a homemade honey barbecue sauce (Oven, 30 minutes)
Teriyaki Burgers – burger patties seasoned (and basted) with a homemade teriyaki sauce and topped with grilled pineapple (Grill, 10-15 minutes)


RSVPs for the month are due March 4th. For various reasons, again we are NOT having a party. All meals will be made ahead of time and ready for pick up by the 18th. I plan on being home on the 18th, 19th, and the 20th (minus the time we're at church) for meal pick-up. Please let me know NO LATER than NEXT FRIDAY if you are ordering the March meals. (If you cancel your order anytime after the deadline, you are financially responsible for your meals. We will do our best to sell them, but cannot guarantee anything!) Remember, only order the meals that your family will eat. Feel free to make your menu of ten meals using any combination of the choices above. A standard order includes one of every meal listed above. If you would like to substitute any of the meals on the list for additional orders of the meals marked with * (Orange Glazed Salmon or Polynesian Steak), please add $2 per order. If you would like to order more than ten meals, add $12 per meal (or $14 for the two meals marked with *).The cost is $155...and there's nothing else you need to provide!

Here is the on-going incentive we're offering......

Incentive #1 - If you refer a NEW person to "It's in the Bag!" for this month you can take $10 off of your order! (Make sure they give your name when they RSVP with their order.) If you have more than one person to refer, this offer is good for up to THREE new referrals (up to $30 off) each month.
